About You:
- Previous experience in a senior recruitment role managing an inhouse team, high volume and niche recruitment would be advantageous
- Demonstrable track record in developing internal and external relationships which will support St John's business ambitions and generate effective, timely results

- As Recruitment Business Partner who will manage the day to day in house team
- Look after directly specialist projects, senior and specialist vacancies, working in partnership with key stakeholders internally and ensuring that our recruitment processes are agile, targeted, effective.
