Are you an experienced Marketer with experience of leading a successful team to deliver award-winning comms? Do you have a passion for marketing and are looking for a role that you can shape and make your own?


We have a unique opportunity to join one of the UK's foremost vehicle rental specialists as a Senior Marketing Manager, where you'll take the lead on building awareness and driving engagement across our brands and services.


Based in our commercial hub in Reading, you will be primarily focussed on lead generation, engagement, and retention in line with our business strategy, including bringing products and propositions to market.

Supporting 3 of our brands

  • Northgate VehicleHire, Van Monster and Blakedale, you will manage the marketing budget and lead a team of Marketing Executives to develop and deliver marketing activities across a wide range of channels.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will successfully develop the marketing strategy, while working closely with colleagues across our Product and Sales Teams to ensure it is fit for purpose and every opportunity is maximised.

About you

  • You have a minimum of 6 years' experience in Marketing, ideally 2 of which will be in a similar role
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are experienced in leading and mentoring others
  • Exceptional attention to detail, creative writing, and IT skills
  • You have proven experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously and managing stakeholders
  • You're comfortable working to deadlines in fastpaced, dynamic, and corporate environment
  • Digital or CIM Marketing qualification or experience desirable but not essential
  • Experience in vehicle and/or branchbased retail and large B2B salesfocused business highly desirable, but not essential
