About the Role

Your responsibilities will largely fall into these practice areas:

  • Triage of initial student needs as part of the Front Desk team
  • Provision of onetoone advice to students and graduates on how they could generate and evaluate potential career options.
  • Provision of advice about how students and graduates could acquire skills and experience that would make them suitable for their desired career options.
  • Advice to students and graduates about how to identify suitable vacancies.
  • Research into current trends in recruitment practice across a range of industry sectors which may involve collaboration with other careers staff as well as direct outreach to employers in the UK and globally; and the occasional delivery of interactive group work on various aspects of recruitment and selection.
