Scope of the Role:
To provide a first class, efficient & professional customer support service, maintaining the high levels of client satisfaction of the hundreds of Workbuzz clients using our technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction – our clients rate us 9.3/10
Ensuring all office phone calls and support tickets are responded to within SLA
Responding to client queries and taking ownership of any issues
Learning how to build and deploy surveys, map data and optimise the user experience for both the surveys and results dashboards
Supporting client projects / account requests
Completing administrative tasks on our platform like employee data uploads, testing, and updating contact details
Providing communications support to maximise participation in surveys
Supporting the wider WorkBuzz team in their roles by pulling reports, setting up dashboard users, etc
Ad-hoc need to provide out of hours support for clients in America.
Key Requirements:
Able to demonstrate experience within a customer support role
Tech savvy with good level of Excel
Excellent attention to detail
Super organised and ability to multi-task
