Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Bristol who are looking for a talented Chartered Building Surveyor. This is a great opportunity to work with a successful nationwide business, offering a great financial package as well as career opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing a wide and diverse range of customer enquiries.
  • Analysing site activities and preparing progress reports on time, quality, and cost of projects.
  • Conducting dilapidation surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, and party wall disputes amongst others.
  • Work in a full autonomous capacity within the team.
  • To contribute towards company targets.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or related (RICS accredited desirable)
  • 5 years + work experience.
  • A full, clean UK driving license.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation ability.
  • An enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Computer Literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience (£30-45k range).
