We are looking for a full time Dental Receptionist to join our existing Dental Teams.


This position requires a kind and caring individual who is flexible, motivated and looking for an opportunity to expand their skill set.

Experience in Medical/Dental Reception is essential.

Job Role

  • Greeting patients providing an excellent first impression.
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries.
  • Efficiently booking and amending appointments.
  • Administration duties
  • Supporting the whole dental team including dentists, hygienists, nurses and managers.
  • Understanding and complying with Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Confidentiality, Complaints, Information Governance etc and all practice policies

Essential Requirements:

  • Hardworking and the ability to work as part of a team but to also use own initiative
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Presentable, friendly and confident

Salary:
£10.50-£11.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
