Salary:
£11 to £13 per hour, with an additional £55 per sleep shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality care and support to children in a residential setting
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times
- Assist children with daily activities and routines
- Implement behaviour management strategies effectively
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to meet the needs of children
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a residential childcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a 2 days on, 2 days off rota with occasional sleep shifts
Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour
