Multi Site Maintenance Technician - Stoke - £37,987
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance across various store locations in a specified region.
As a key member of the team, you will carry out repairs and maintenance toelectrical, mechanical, and building assets in a cost-effective and safe manner, following company procedures and legal compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of bakery and catering equipment, mechanical and electrical systems and assets, lighting systems, building fabric, water services and other static and portable electrical equipment.
- General maintenance and first look is required for all HVAC/Fire and Security and electrical and general issues
- Completing all necessary planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensuring legal compliance
- Communicating with store management and project teams
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- C&G th edition), C&G 2330 (or 2356) NVQ Level 3, C&G Electrical Part A & B (Approved Electrician) and C&G Electrical Part C (Technician)
- BTEC Diploma in Electrical Installation and Maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC, fire and security, and plumbing systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Commitment to health and safety
- Ability to work in a team and provide support
