About this role
This is a varied role, working between various offices but within the SW cluster.

The role will demand attention to detail, a tenacious attitude and will suit someone who is capable of multitasking under pressure.


Between day-to-day assistance with admin jobs, there will be opportunities to learn about the inner workings of the property market, accompanying members of the teams of viewings and market appraisals.


Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Landlord onboarding

  • Office H&S compliance
  • Tenant verification
  • Property viewings
  • Property visits
  • Diary management
  • Holiday cover
  • Adhoc cover for offices

About the Team
The team consists of 15 members of staff, across all 6 offices.

We rent and manage a diverse portfolio of property from flats, family houses and waterfront properties across all of SW London any beyond.


How you'll make an impact
Good communication and organisational skills are vital to succeed as an Apprentice.

You will need the ability to manage a varied workload working as part of a team while also having the ability to use your own initiative, and be passionate about delivering the best service possible for your team and clients.

English and Maths GCSE grade 4 and above is a mandatory requirement.

Training
Data Essentials Level 3. Full training and support will be given.

We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up-to-date with changes to legislation and business needs.
