About The Role

You'll be making sure everything is delivered exactly as it should be, and joining up the dots between tech teams, stakeholders, legal, commercial and third-party suppliers. Every team at AO is unique, so you'll need to stich together the different ways of working (whether that's Waterfall or Agile) into one seamless delivery.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
End-to-end management of software development projects Embed our Project Delivery Framework into all our live projects Manage time, cost, and quality of activities Consider risk and issues at each step of the way Communicate to all the different people invested in the project, both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders Make sure the project scope is continuously understood by everyone involved If any changes are proposed, make sure they're in line with the project parameters - e.g. scope, budget, schedules Identify any steps needed to implement service transition and handover into a 'business-as-usual programme'A Few Things About You
Previous experience working as a Project Manager, managing software developers Knowledge of both Agile & Waterfall methodologies Confidence to juggle a wide range of projects at any given time The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences Solid risk and issue management experience, governance planning, and finance/cost controlProject management qualifications are a huge bonus (such as PMI, APM, Prince2) but we'd still love to hear from you if you've not got any - as we know experience is just as valuable
