About the Role:
Protocol Education are currently seeking to appoint enthusiastic Qualified Teacher to undertake a position at one of our client schools in Grimsby. As a qualified teacher, you'll lead with passion and expertise, guiding students towards academic excellence and personal growth. Qualified Teacher Role:

  • Plan and execute engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum standards.
  • Tailor instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities, fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Evaluate student performance through assessments and offer constructive feedback to enhance their academic achievement.
  • Cultivate a supportive and positive atmosphere within the classroom to promote student development and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the school's mission and ensure the holistic success of all students.


The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, recognized in the UK.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering effective teaching and achieving positive outcomes for students.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
  • Possess strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for education and lifelong learning.
  • Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
