A permanent, full time opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Painter to join the Maintenance Team on a large Facilities Management contract at Northwood HQ, near Watford.

This key position will see you deliver painting projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with the Skanska H&S policies and procedures, as delegated by the Maintenance Supervisors.

• Perform painting and decorating tasks and project in line with the site painting programme and reactive repairs
• Liaise / assist with other services as necessary for the efficient delivery of work activities, workmanship and productivity to comply with the performance standards
• Where required undertake and implement minor capital works projects
• Implement & comply with the procedures as detailed in the company's Health & Safety Policies, Statutory obligations and in accordance with the Skanska IFE (Injury Free Environment).
• Undertake any other tasks that may arise from time to time as required and directed by Line Manager/ Supervisor

• Experience in a painter role
• Working knowledge of building services and trades
• Excellent team working and problem solving capabilities
• Must be able to fully satisfy the Client security clearance minimum requirements (SC)
• Experience of fabric, fixtures and fittings Maintenance
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (desirable)
