What will you be doing?
- Acting as the primary contact for client onboarding and overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process
- Managing and expediting priority cases to reduce cycle times
- Leveraging internal systems for workflow management and data storage
- Addressing inquiries related to request statuses
- Establishing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Reviewing control reports and resolving discrepancies
- Conducting quality checks on processed requests
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Onboarding, KYC, or Regulatory functions
- Previous experience in Financial Services or client-facing roles
Skills that will help you succeed:
- Enthusiastic with a proactive attitude and high motivation
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel)
