We are looking to recruit someone with excellent customer service skills to join the Direct Payment Team, within Access to Resources working in Adults Social Care and Health.


We are looking for someone who has experience of managing a team, works well as part of a team and has excellent customer care, investigation and problem-solving skills.

You will need the ability to communicate with a range of people over the telephone. You will also need good office administration, IT and maths skills.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.

The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.

The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
