The Job Details:
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:30 (flexible finish time based on dealership hours)
- Salary: £32,000 plus Commission (OTE £50,000)
- Perks: Company van and necessary equipment provided
- Commute: Starting from home and travelling to various locations including Maidstone, Medway, Hastings, Sevenoaks, Orpington, Canterbury, Ashford, and other spots in Kent and East Sussex
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing mobile smart repairs
- Operating a spray gun, blending paint, matching colors, using filler, primer, and lacquer
- Adhering to safety protocols
- Assessing the feasibility of the job
Repair Tasks:
- Fixing minor scuffs, scratches, paint imperfections, stone chips, and spraying wings/doors
- Addressing small dents
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years in a paint spraying environment
- Preferably from an automotive/motor trade background
- Familiarity with power and hand tools utilized in painting
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid full UK driving license
- Proficiency in using filler and painting a minimum of 2 vertical panels with blending
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Strong focus on customer service
- Punctuality
- Basic proficiency in math and English
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles
- Keen eye for detail
