Short-term contract (2 months)

We are working with a growing UK building services consultancy as they look to bring on board an MEP Revit Coordinator on a short-term contract due to an increase in workload on projects. The MEP Revit Co-Ordinator position on contract will be for 37.5hr or 40hr per week for a couple of months initially, and they are happy to offer the role working on a fully remote basis. With Offices in Birmingham and Wales they are keen to expand into the North West region soon as well. You would be working on Hotel / Residential / Underground Car Park projects, and they want the person to do Revit co-ordination drawings, getting stuck straight in and do 2D and 3D drawings. With immediate starts available they will look to offer up to £35ph outside of IR35 for the work. Ideally you will have experience of the following:
  • Coordination of MEP Building Services similar sectors
  • Have excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT & Navisworks
  • Preparation of multi-disciplinary drawing packages
  • Detailed design drawings, detailed sketch drawings, schematics and fully coordinated drawings
