A bit about the role
Do you want an active job based outside? Are you good at finding things? Do you want to be a real life Sherlock?

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking and trustworthy Operations Associate to rescue and return abandoned eBikes around London.

You will work with our Operations Team and Support & Community Team to locate bikes using information from our riders and on our back-end app.


You will be on the road most of the day, using our eBikes and/or public transport to travel around the city.

You will have a daily task list of bikes to find and will report your findings back to our Fleet Manager.

(Watson not included)

**This role pays the London Living Wage.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm

Start Date

  • Mid June

Requirements:

  • Confident riding a bike
  • Good communicator with members of the public and the team
  • Comfortable navigating around London
  • Creative problem solver
  • Willingness to learn and assist with adhoc operations tasks
