We are currently looking for a SALES ADVISOR to join the Sales Department at a luxury brand main dealership, based in Exeter.
This is a superb opportunity to commence a Sales career in the automotive sector as specific car sales experience is not essential
Working a 5-day (across 7) week, and a fixed 40 hours, you'll receive a basic salary of £32,000 with the opportunity to further enhance your earnings through an incentive scheme that recognises your efforts and success.
In the Sales Advisor role, you'll support customers throughout their whole buying journey, both online and in the dealership. Your focus will be on being delivering a fantastic customer service.
Training will be provided to enable you to become an expert in helping with the little things. Whether it's arranging test drives, choosing the right finance or picking out the right additional accessories, you'll be making sure each customer has a positive experience when purchasing their new car; online, in the dealership, on the phone or by video.
To be a suitable Sales Advisor, candidates MUST be able to demonstrate the following:
- Really good communication skills and the ability to use technology.
- The ability and desire to provide a high-quality customer service.
- A stable career background within retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales led field.
- A commitment to punctuality, reliability smart-presentation and of learning systems, products, and processes.
