£55,209 plus 15% bonus

As the Group Workplace Manager your remit will cover hard and soft facilities maintenance across the UK, building and facilities compliance, concierge, post room, and an onsite canteen.

  • overall responsibility of the Security Management System and personnel.
  • Management of Catering, Cleaning and ancillary functions including waste disposal.
  • positive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align facilities services accordingly.
  • relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for facility-related goods and services. As a Workplace subject matter expert, you will have experience working with a diverse portfolio, including retail, office, and warehouse, creating great environments where staff can thrive in
relevant professional, technical or management qualification and experience in facilities.
