Our client's great brand dealership in Watford has an opportunity to join their workshop team as a Service Technician. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch workmanship and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you What you'll be doing
Utilise your expertise to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues with precision and efficiency
Produce consistently high-quality workmanship, maintaining the dealership's reputation for excellence
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic tools to enhance performance
Here's how the role aligns with your profile
Experienced Diagnostic or Senior Technician, working in a busy and fast-paced workshop
Minimum NVQ or IMI Level 3 or equivalent is essential
Proven experience working in a main dealer or independent garage
A full driving license is required for the role as you will be moving vehicles around the workshop
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary and Benefits
Competitive base salary of £35,000 to £50,000 per annum and a realistic bonus package available.
