Tatra-Rotalac Ltd is a small plastic manufacturing business in Wythenshawe, M23 9DS. We are professional, agile and innovative.


Tatra Rotalac also has a specialist division producing plastic, aluminium and steel tambour doors and roller shutters systems for the retail, office furniture and medical industries as well as domestic and commercial kitchens.

All products are manufactured in strict accordance with our quality procedures accredited by BS.EN ISO 9001:2000.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the Shortfall, Pending and Combined Stock Reports and act on the data.
  • Place Purchase Orders (PO) using Sage accurately and timely to meet demand and stock replenishment.
  • Process requests for information (RFI) and supplier requests for quote (RFQ) with suppliers.
  • Chase late deliveries.
  • Update PO's and attached any order acknowledgements to the PO's in Sage.
  • Chase and expedite deliveries as required if needed early.
  • Call in materials from Call Off PO's in line with internal requests and planning.
  • Deal with supplier requests.
  • Process returns and rejected goods with suppliers.
  • Deal with invoice variations as presented by accounts.
  • Update part code pricing and data when required.
  • Source suppliers for new products.
  • Obtain the most economically advantageous cost for all materials ordered.
  • Carry out other tasks in support of the procurement function as required.

Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary:
£9,601.00 per year
