Corporate Tax Assistant Manager - Big 4 Financial Services

Working hand-in-hand with other tax teams, in addition to colleagues in Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory, Legal, and Consulting, we provide a wide array of services to a diverse clientele.

A successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to various projects, such as:

  • Guidance on intricate tax law areas
  • Mergers and acquisitions activities
  • Tax-related disputes and controversies
  • Support during audits

Furthermore, be prepared to provide an extensive range of tax advisory and compliance services to clients, while also mentoring junior team members. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Tackling tax advisory tasks
  • Offering advice on structural and transactional tax matters to UK and international clients
  • Providing support during M&A processes
  • Ensuring tax compliance
  • Assisting with statutory audits
  • Managing relevant risk protocols and taking financial charge of projects
  • Contributing to client events at both account and team levels
  • Having UK corporate tax experience from various backgrounds
  • Demonstrating the drive to progress your career in financial services
  • Handling a portfolio of clients and projects while overseeing junior staff
  • Collaborating closely with clients to apply practical and commercial approaches to technical tasks
