Job Title: Vehicle Paint Sprayer
Location: Worcester
Salary: Up to £19.00 per hour + bonus opportunity of up to £800 per month. Basic annual salary of Up to £41,990 and OTE of Up to £51,990
Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends
Full-Time, Permanent Position

Looking to join a highly efficient and professional team at a renowned body shop with 20 years of experience in vehicle body repair. This company, with over 620 skilled and enthusiastic employees, stands out as a multi-award-winning business with 35 body shops spread nationwide.

As a Vehicle Spray Painter/Prepper, your key role involves efficiently preparing, spraying, and finishing vehicles, ensuring precise color matching and meeting the Company and customer standards.

Main Tasks:
  • Understanding paint spraying technology and methods.
  • Keeping abreast of product advancements and attending training sessions.
  • Conducting vehicle preparation tasks, such as masking and sanding.
  • Achieving high-quality finish in spray painting with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience with Roll Priming is a plus.
  • Following safety protocols, attending medical check-ups, and promptly reporting any health issues.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and ensuring proper tool upkeep.
  • Complying with health, safety regulations in the workplace.


RequirementsRequirements:
  • Desirable to have ATA/Level 3 Qualification; 3 years of experience needed.
