We are currently seeking an Assistant AV Executive to become part of the growing AV team and contribute significantly to the department's ongoing achievements.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the AV team in handling the agency's TV, BVOD, CTV, and YouTube campaign portfolio.
  • Aid in negotiating and overseeing media owner deals and campaign deliveries.
  • Compile essential agency and client reports, such as buying outcomes and market competitiveness assessments.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting materials for both client and internal meetings.
  • Develop productive relationships with internal teams, media owners, and external partners.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Holds relevant qualifications in marketing and advertising.
  • Previous experience or internships in media agencies.
  • Demonstrates confidence, positivity, and adeptness in engaging with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong numerical aptitude.
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational capabilities.
