Basic Duties:

  • Coaching 412 yr olds between one and four times a week. Each session is two hours long.
  • Leading sessions and assisting other coaches at sessions when required.
  • Ensuring the key WMF values are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensuring every child remains safe, engaged, feeling welcome, and having fun at every session.
  • Keeping up to date with the WMF session details on a weekly basis, along with all training material shared.

What do we look for in applicants?

  • MUST BE enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about youth football development (Essential).
  • Available at our weekly and/or weekend sessions and potentially at holiday camps too during school holiday periods.
  • Punctual, with strong attention to detail and ability to show solutionbased thinking at all times (Essential).
  • FA Level 1 or Level 2 qualified (Desirable).
  • 1 to 2 years+ coaching experience at a grassroots level or beyond.
*We are willing to work with coaches who are interested in joining us but do not have the above experience or qualifications on a 3-month volunteer basis first*

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 2-10 per week

Salary:
£10.00-£25.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All coaches are advised to wear masks when not coaching and use hand sanitiser regularly
