The Role
Responsibilities
Duties will include but not be limited to:

Control Workshop Stock:
- booking goods into the system, cross-referring vehicle parts, liaise with the stock team to order required parts, completing stock checks both physical stock holding and system balances.

Administrative support:
- Maintain all systems ensuring that adequate and appropriate records are created and maintained
- Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
- Other adhoc duties
Skills and expertise
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (essential)
- Previous experience within the automotive sector (desirable)
- Computer literate with experience in using Excel (not essential)
- Strong communicative skills speaking, reading and writing (essential)
- Excellent numerical and literacy skills
- You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work, to the highest standards of work set by customers
- Excellent attention to detail
