What will you do?Overseeing the mechanical design of new products.
Implementation and testing.
Oversee the product from early stages to full manufacture.
Reactive resolution of any mechanical issues.
Liaise with third party suppliers.
Be involved in cross-functional new product development process.
Proactive improvements to product design.
Project managing design packages for new products.

Adherence to the company management systems and QHSES responsibilities as defined within the 'overview and context of the organisation' document.

What will we need you to have?Formal training and knowledge in Solidworks and CAD is essential.
A degree or qualification in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, with some relevant work experience.
Experience in design and engineering for manufacture and assembly.
