• Plan, develop and deliver highquality football coaching sessions to children from 2 years old to young adults, catering for all abilities.
• Manage the players and ensure their safety at all times, ensuring they adhere to relevant health and safety guidelines.
• Provide feedback to players on their performance, focusing on their strengths and areas for development.
• Work with parents, guardians, and other coaches to create a positive and inclusive environment for all players.
• Maintain equipment, ensuring that it is safe, secure and fit for purpose.
• Adhere to SFA coaching standards and guidelines, holding relevant coaching badges and maintaining uptodate knowledge of current coaching practices.

• A passion for football and coaching children from 2 years old to young adults.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to their own transport.
• SFA coaching badges and relevant coaching qualifications.
• Uptodate knowledge of football coaching practices and the ability to adapt to the needs of different players.
