Your new roleContract Manager - Electrical biased is needed to run a new contract win.
19 railway depots across the south of the UK
Managing multi-site contracts - planned reactive maintenance works
Responsible for effective relationship management with clients & partners
Managing labour
Making sure health, safety & welfare is maintained and adhered to across projects/ site
Quoting for project and small remedial works
Attend on site meetings
Provide technical support and expertise to internal project team
Reporting to senior contract manager/director
5 years + experience working as a project / contracts manager managing similar projects
Experience of the rail industry
Experience of managing project with a value of up to 4 million
Excellent communication skills
Valid driving license
Living with an hour commute to and willing to travel to various locations in the south of the UK
