With 2-5 years of post-qualification experience, you'll manage a diverse workload efficiently, draft documents independently, and assist with due diligence processes.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and commercially sound legal advice to clients, ensuring effective communication.
  • Manage a diverse workload efficiently, maintaining costeffectiveness under supervision.
  • Draft documents independently and negotiate transactional agreements with mínimal guidance.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes, reviewing documents and identifying key issues.
  • Assist with corporate reorganizations, investment advisory mandates, and general corporate matters.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified lawyer in England and Wales (or equivalent).
  • 25+ years PQE
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and exercise legal judgment.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach and willingness to undertake various tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
