  • Delivery of a robust Management Accounting Reporting Servicewhich complies with all internal and external requirements
  • Responsibility for the accurate and timely submission of monthly and quarterly Management Accounts and Key Performance Indicator Reports to the Executive Management Team
  • Act as a key driver of crossfunctional working relationships, supporting nonfinance personnel in their understanding of financial performance and providing finance advice and support to key stakeholders
  • Implement and monitor systems, processes and controls to ensure the highest quality assurance is delivered
  • Responsible for planning and delivery of a robust budget process, analysis, forecast adjustments, presentation and discussions
  • Assist the Assistant Director of Finance in implementing and leading on financial strategy, financial reporting and internal financial controls

The person;

  • CCAB or CIMA qualified
  • Strong management experience
  • Gravitas to work with senior and board level stakeholders
  • Housing experience would be beneficial, but not essential
