The Opportunity

Business Development Sales Advisor

£10.42 per hour + OTE up to £30,000 + Excellent Benefits

40 hours per week - 5 days

Shifts
Monday to Friday 8 to 5pm, 9 to 6pm, 10 to 7pm. 1 in 2 weekends Saturday 8-5 & Sunday 9-5 If you work a weekend, you get 2 days off during the week.

What you will do

  • Maintain rapid response time in line with KPIs set by Manufacturer and Department.
  • Responds to and resolves any potential guest issue escalating where necessary to your Line Manager.
  • Seek information from the guest to identify needs and requirements, in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure continual development of Brand Knowledge, including campaign updates, products, stock changes and awareness of competition.
  • Ensure you are meeting and exceeding seasonal appointment & order targets
  • Ensure you are meeting and exceeding call activity targets.
  • Ensure all appropriate systems are updated in a timely and compliant manner
  • Ensure department standards are met (80%) for positive booked outcome for inbound calls.
  • Maintain uptodate access logins for all BDC user systems

What you will need

  • Effective and persuasive communicator
  • Hard working with the ability to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to meet targets, stay motivated and reach targets.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to deliver great customer service every time.
  • Competent IT Skills
