With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dedicated Courier Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team and uphold our high standards.

As the Courier Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for Planning shipments based on customer requests and support sales team obtaining quotes or processing of orders for despatch,tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.

Preparing shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders and internal Job sheets)


Delivering and picking up documents, packages, and other items from and to different locations and preparing client reports as and when requested.


Ensuring all Exports shipments are dispatched in a timely manner with the correct export documents are included with the shipments if necessary.


Monitoring shipments to ensure they are being delivered and providing any information on shipments that have been notified as damaged/lost, delayed deliveries and resolve with customer and carrier.

Book all Courier shipments for dispatch by the most appropriate method, or using the Flostream courier booking system. Notify customer of shipping details if required to do so.

This position will be monitored on the following key results areas.

  • Ability to Work under pressure.

  • Good Organisational Skills
  • Monitoring day to day and Chasing Progress of despatches.

Pay:
£24.00-£26.00 per year
