**IT Engineer

£20.83 (via an umbrella company)**- Provide a local service to customers installing, supporting, and developing the use of ICT facilities throughout the Trust

  • Provide 2nd line support to the Trusts 4500+ IT users
  • To ensure that services are delivered to agreed SLAs
  • To work as part of small technical project teams across ICT to deliver new services and service improvements
  • To assist with providing technical advice and information
  • Identify trends in incidents logged to team Senior to raise Problems
  • Interact with IM&T CAB and be aware of all changes and when they are taking place
  • Supporting migration from on premises to Azure, working on SharePoint migration
  • Building Dell computers and Surface Pros from images, fixing hardware issues, Citrix, VPN and O365 support
  • Upgradation of operating systems, Sophos Endpoint Protection, Network Device Management on Portnox
