Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires strong welding skills and mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Weld and assemble metal components using various welding techniques.
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process
  • Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Operate hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth metal components
  • Inspect welds for quality and make necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Experience:

Stick welding would be an advantage, must be able to mig weld.

  • Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in metal fabrication
  • Ability to fabricate metal components accurately and efficiently
  • Must have your own tools
  • Must have a driving licence
Based in Wymondham NR18

We offer competitive pay based on experience.
