Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Stay updated on market trends and property values in London NW
  • Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets
  • Utilise tools and technologies for efficient client management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and a focus on exceptional customer service
  • Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of rental market regulations in the UK
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary with OTE ranging from £45,000 to £55,000

Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 9am-6.30pm, Friday: 9am-6pm, Saturday: 10am-2pm, 1 Saturday off a month (with a half day in lieu when working a full week)
