Job Summary:
We are looking to recruit a part-time cleaner at our church in Rhyl.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the building is clean, neat & tidy and ready for use while maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake cleaning duties according to the cleaning schedule to ensure a high standard is maintained.
- Follow safe working practices to ensure heath & safety standard are maintained.
- Be responsible for the security of the building when opening or locking up.
- Move tables/chairs/equipment as required to fulfil cleaning requirements.
- Previous cleaning experience
- Be able to work alone and use initiative
- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices
- Ability to work within the ethos of The Salvation Army
