About the Team

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our Talent Partners who support them are too We are excited to continue adding to our TA team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.


This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move in-house from a recruitment agency, or for someone looking to expand their in-house recruitment experience in a growing tech business.


  • This is a rolling contract position, expected for 6 months*
    Responsibilities:
  • Own end to end, 360 recruiting processes from kick off and sourcing to offer management.
  • Work closely with our regional Talent Partners to support the hiring of high quality professionals to join TikTok's commercial advertising business across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
  • Partner closely with business units to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with TikTok people strategies.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
  • Use various techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of full lifecycle recruitment, ideally hiring sales profiles for tech, marketing or digital industries.
  • Professional experience of working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment either inhouse or recruitment agency.
  • Understanding of both UK, European and Middle East hiring, or at least one of these regions, indepth.
  • Ability to identify and leverage data to drive and influence decisions.
  • Ability to work well crossfunctionally regionally across the global organisation.
  • Fantastic written and spoken English, ideally with an additional European language (or Russian or Arabic).
  • This role requires 4 days per week working in our lovely central London offices (Aldwych).
  • Must be able to start in January 2024.
