We are looking to recruit a
Debt Controller to join our busy Property Management team, at our Head Office in
Bromley, Kent.



Key responsibilities and activities will include:

  • Proactive management of all rental income for a portfolio of PRS tenancies
  • Chase outstanding rents from 14+ days through to resolution
  • Daily arrears and default reporting to large corporate and investment clients
  • Promotion of good tenant relations to improve tenant retention and minimise voids
  • Preparation and servicing of statutory notices
  • Property visits to chase Debtors & serve Section 21 Notices by hand
  • Raise all Department Warranty Claims
  • Complete and serve Section 8 Notices, Notice to Quits & Abandonment Notices;
  • Mediation between landlords and tenants
  • Liaising with Solicitors; Attend Possession Hearings, Evictions, Instruct Locksmiths, Attend Application to Suspend Hearings
  • Generate reports for Line Management
