We offer a free comprehensive training programme, which includes a paid induction and experience shadowing more senior colleagues for a hands on experience.


Due to expansion we currently have a position for blocked hours (2 x 5 hours shifts between 10am to 3pm) with a Single Service User based in Rotherham.

Key responsibilities:

  • To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards.
  • To ensure our Service Users retain their dignity and individuality.
  • Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting our Service User with personal care, medication administration and all other aspects of daily living.
  • Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of our Service Users
  • Assist our Service Users with getting out and about promoting their independence
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Encourage Service Users to participate in social and recreational activities.

Pay & Benefits

  • Your basic rate of pay is £12.00 an hour
  • Enhanced rate for nonmoved bank holidays is £18.00 an hour
  • Contracted weekly hours of your choice
