As a support worker, you'll make a huge impact on the lives of children who require extra care and attention.

You'll work closely with young people, providing them with a sense of security and stability as they navigate challenges in their lives.

We're looking for compassionate, patient individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others. You'll work in a dynamic team environment, with plenty of opportunities for training and personal growth.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional and practical support to children on a daily basis
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as getting dressed, preparing meals, and attending appointments
  • Developing and implementing care plans in conjunction with other professionals
  • Maintaining a professional relationship with the young people in your care

Qualifications for the role include:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent (preferred)
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility and resilience, with a willingness to work in challenging situations
  • A current DBS check or willingness to undergo a check
  • Full UK driving licence
