The Best Connection Swindon are recruiting for Production Operatives for our client, a telecommunication manufacturer, based in Swindon. This role is easily accessible by public transport and offers a variety of shifts. This role offers permanent positions following a successful trial period.
The Role:

Assembly of cables to Customers Specifications and drawings:

Maintaining a high level of Quality:
-
Assembly of units to the required Build specifications:
-
Building bespoke complex electrical panels, with soldering and crimping
Skills / Experience required.

Experience using a soldering machine and crimping tools:

Ability to use measuring tools to a high level of accuracy:

Experience working with electronics and fibre optic cabling is desired but not essential

Good team building skills and the ability to work as a team member
Working Hours and Pay:
