We are seeking a
passionate and experienced Cigar Lounge Supervisor to join our esteemed
team. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for cigars, coupled
with exceptional leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. As the Cigar
Lounge Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the lounge operation,
ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality are always maintained.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the day-to-day operations
of Oscuro, including staff management, inventory control, and customer
service. Provide expert guidance and
recommendations to members and guests on cigar selections, pairings, and
maintenance. Maintain a welcoming and
sophisticated atmosphere within the lounge, adhering to club standards and
protocols. Train and mentor Oscuro staff to
deliver exceptional service and product knowledge. Manage inventory levels and stock
rotation to ensure a diverse selection of premium cigars. Collaborate with the Food &
Beverage team to create innovative cigar and beverage pairings for special
events and promotions. Uphold strict adherence to health,
safety, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with club policies and
regulations. Handle member inquiries, feedback,
and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Perform administrative tasks such as
scheduling, payroll, and reporting as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in a
similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury
setting. In-depth knowledge of cigars,
including brands, origins, and flavour profiles. Strong leadership and interpersonal
skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both
verbal and written, with a professional demeanour. Proven track record of delivering
exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations. Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease. Proficiency in MS Office suite and
point-of-sale systems. Certification or training in cigar
appreciation and/or hospitality management is a plus.
