We are seeking an addition to our team in the role of a customer service support individual. Ideally, you will have prior experience in a customer service capacity, showcasing outstanding telephone skills. You must be able to communicate with customers confidently and authoritatively while demonstrating empathy and comprehension.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing calls from vendors, purchasers, landlords, and tenants
- Providing outstanding customer service across various communication channels such as phone and email
- Owning customer inquiries from initiation to resolution
- Assisting individuals with selling, buying, letting, or renting properties, ensuring they feel appreciated and cared for from the initial interaction
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional value by promoting supplementary products like mortgages and conveyancing services
- Recognizing potential leads and directing customers to appropriate colleagues
- Cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and branch team members
- Updating and maintaining client records in the CRM system
- Setting and surpassing targets
What We Offer:
Not only will you be part of one of the most esteemed agencies in the region, featuring prominently in 'The Best Estate Agent Guide' in the UK.
We provide a competitive salary ranging from £20,000* to £26,500* (effective from 1st April) per annum, in addition to bonuses and commissions based on experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 and every other Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00 (with a day off in lieu). You will also enjoy 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
