Job Summary:

The primary role of the Administrator is to provide support to the Product Marketing team in one or more Business Units (BU) for their daily operational tasks. This includes contributing to proactive initiatives like quote follow-ups, lost business reviews, design funnel analysis, and enhancing margins on current business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an updated supplier contact database for the Business Unit.
  • Create part numbers for new customer orders or New Product Introductions (NPI) in the assigned BU.
  • Obtain costs from suppliers for quotations without Marketing Price Support.
  • Address past due customer orders with sales teams and expedite where necessary.
  • Resolve customer orders shipped without correct costs with other departments and suppliers.
  • Manage expired debit and renew open orders needing attention.
  • Assist Product Marketers and BU Managers in following up completed quotations with sales teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and suppliers to reduce slow-moving inventory.

  • Preferably a graduate in a business-related field or someone with customer service experience.
  • Excellent organizational and proactive abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and adept at building relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
  • Sense of urgency, multitasking capabilities, and thrives under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software.
  • Flexible to adapt to evolving role requirements.
