Head of Talent – Wirral – Up to £50,000 plus bonus scheme

Due to continued success, a leading independent Estate Agency with multiple branches across Merseyside, are looking for a talented HR professional/Sales Manager/Recruitment Specialist to work as part of an established and friendly team.

What's in it for you
# Annual salary £35,000 to £50,000 DOE

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Operation Director, you will be responsible for the recruitment of employees and their development in line with company standards up to their 6 month probationary review
Ensuring the business recruits the necessary number of new starters to meet business needs and support growth plans
Ensuring that new starters are inducted into the business in line with the company's way
Reviewing the performance and bedding in of new starters at appropriate staging points
Coaching new starters to deliver What Good Looks Like (WGLL) in line with their time with the company
Successful passing of 6 month probationary review of new starters
What you'll have
Experience of the whole recruitment process from identifying employment needs, posting adverts, sourcing talent, liaising with recruiters, interviewing candidates, benchmarking candidates, through to job offer and initial onboarding
Demonstrable experience working within a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Demonstrable experience of coaching/developing employees
