You must be hard working and target driven. You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.

Skills and experience needed for the Lettings Negotiator role include:

  • Current Lettings experience with strong understanding of the full lettings process
  • Team player
  • Wellpresented and articulate
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Enjoys dealing with customers face to face as well as over the phone
  • Exceptional customerservice skills
  • Ambitious and target driven
  • Natural selling ability
  • Must hold full UK driving licence

The role of the Lettings Negotiator includes:

  • Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
  • Focus will be on speaking with potential tenants, building relationships, generating leads.
  • Hitting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • The ability to provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
  • You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised and focused
  • Ensuring all tenancies created are legally compliant ensuring all safety certificates are in place and compliance is met
  • Must be able to make between outbound calls per day

Job Types:

Salary:
£21,000.00 per year
