The Role

You will beresponsible for but not limited to, Installing, removing, servicing,maintaining, and providing technical support for the businesses RapidDeployment CCTV systems and fixed systems. Reporting to theEngineering Manager. The successful candidate will need a strongunderstanding of CCTV and wireless systems, including detectionmethods and analytics. The successful candidate will need to be anexcellent communicator at all levels and are available to deliveron-time services to our clients.We're looking for someone hardworking,self-motivated, who is happy to travel.

RoleResponsibilities:

  • System Knowledge of market leadinghardware
  • Provide a full range of servicing andfault-finding diagnostics of Wireless and Wired CCTV systems todetermine appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to provide aconsistent approach whilst utilising your initiative, with minimalsupervision, maintaining our core value of a customer-first approach.
  • Continuously seek to add value to the services provided andachieve first-time fixes.
  • Document processes and followcompany standard procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure the company meets itsobligations and adheres to guidelines and regulations laid down by theprofessional bodies they subscribe to
  • Working and interactingwith various alarm receiving platforms
  • Completion of sitesurveys.
  • Consult with clients and Account Management toassess risks and to determine security requirements.
  • Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, andcooperation among other team members.
  • To carry out work in asafe and diligent manner and comply with all Health and Safetypolicies and procedures.
  • To undertake additional duties inline with capabilities as required

The successfulcandidate should have the ability to exercise their role in thepursuit of achievement of the group strategy as a whole.

Person and Skills Required:

  • Understandingof security systems is advantageous including but not limited to:CCTV, Access Control, Alarm / Intruder, Gates and Barriers,Monitoring, Lone worker.

Full driving Licence.

Substantial quantifiable and demonstrable experience in asimilar role.

Electrical or electronics qualification, City andGuilds or BTE FIA Qualifications.

Strong communicator both verbal and written.

Strongsense of urgency and desire to succeed.

Operationalcapability: The client has an exceptional operations team nationallyand in the region which prides itself on continuity of the team andperformance, their monitoring centre, managed internally is second tonone. The business manages large, prestigious clients with ease,whilst ensuring smaller accounts are given the same high level ofservice across the business.
