The Role
As a member of the University's Information Governance Team you will act as the first point of contact for those seeking advice on information rights in relation to Freedom of Information (FOI), Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).Working with stakeholders, you will ensure, and assist in promoting a culture of, compliance with legislation and best practice in Freedom of Information and Data Protection.
You should have up to date experience of handling data, and awareness of the relevant regulatory frameworks, an attention to detail and strong communication skills to support you in working with a wide range of stakeholders.
