We are the Grodzinski Bakery, a busy retail bakery in Stamford Hill We are looking for a bread baker or confectioner to join our growing Stamford Hill team.

You will be part of a small team, working by day, or night, and will be focusing on making, preparing and baking

The role offers approximately 50 hours, Sunday to Friday.

  • Have either professional experience or a suitable training qualification,
  • Have demonstrable knowledge of mixing, shaping and hand moulding, proving and baking (preferably using commercial deck ovens).
  • Be numerate and organized, able to calculate recipe scaling as required, and manage production levels.
No experiment required we can teach you to become a great baker

  • Be an effective communicator, with good spoken English.
  • Be adaptable; happy working unsupervised, or as part of a small close—knit team.
  • Be physically fit, with a hardworking and committed attitude.

  • Competitive salary (Starting rate £1012 per hour, based on experience)
